𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿

- Ability to carry out maintenance of utility systems like steam boiler, chillers, pneumatic air systems, cooling tower, water system and fire hydrant system.
- Ensure for effective instrumentation of plant air conditioning and reconditioning of the Equipment
- Able to get plant maintained as per defined standards and ensure preventive maintenance and zero loss due to machine breakdown.
- Ensure adequate stock of the essential consumable and the spare parts for the smooth functioning of the plant
- Ensure on time inventory availability to carry out production process efficiently and smooth functioning of the plant
- Able to plan and monitor the implementation of energy conservation initiatives at the Plant
- Ensure for uninterrupted supply of utilities and implementation of TPM initiatives
- Able to monitor production, workflow and time schedule of operators and outside contractors to ensure efficiency improvements and quality work
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the IMS.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Continually Pursues new development to improve Plant Safety/ Environment

Requirements
- HND/B.TECH/B.ENG in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 8-10years
