𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in project management to oversee our organization's project initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects across various stages. As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

· Project Planning and Execution: Developing consultancy proposals EOI’s and RFP’s, coordination of project team to ensure project progress and performance
· Team Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the project manager and project team members.
· Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and issues.
· Contract Management: Monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure it is within the scope of the contract
·Resource Management: Oversee resource (human and material) allocation and utilization across projects.
· Operational Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes related to the project team, implementing best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Risk Management: Proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project outcomes and developing contingency plans as needed to ensure project success.

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Project Management, or related field
·Proven experience (minimum of 10 years) in project management and operations leadership roles.
· Strong understanding of project bidding and tendering processes
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
· Strong technical writing skills, with demonstrated experience translating complex technical concepts into clear structured documentation.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
· PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
· Experience in management consultancy with exposure to the water, environment, or infrastructure industry is preferred.
