Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to support workforce reporting, people analytics, and strategic HR decision-making within their organization.

The role combines HR data analysis, reporting, performance and recruitment metrics, and executive support to the Chief People Officer. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable handling confidential information, and capable of turning workforce data into useful insights for leadership.

We are looking for an HR Analyst with 5 years’ experience across HR analytics, workforce reporting, HR operations or a similar analytical role.
You should be strong in Excel, comfortable working with HR data, reporting and workforce metrics, and able to support senior-level decision-making.
Executive support experience is also required.
