About the Role
Our client, a leading player in a fast-Paced industry, is seeking a sharp, analytical Management Accountant to join its finance function. This is an individual contributor role, working alongside a pool of finance officers. You will provide accurate financial insight that supports management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analyses and financial reports for management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
• Track costs and profitability, and recommend ways to improve margins and efficiency
• Review the work of finance officers to ensure accuracy and timely month-end closing
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit and statutory reporting
• Provide ad hoc analysis and financial insight to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in management accounting or financial reporting
• ICAN or ACCA qualification is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, logistics or transport is preferred; aviation experience is a plus
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is required.
• Sharp, curious and quick to learn, with the ability to understand a new industry quickly
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
