About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Procurement Excellence Manager to oversee local and foreign procurement processes, champion contract management systems, and build robust supplier networks for uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of local and foreign procurement from supplier negotiation to delivery.

Build a reliable vendor/contractor database with an objective framework for identifying preferred suppliers of raw materials and spare parts.

Drive continuous improvement and compliance with procurement policies and contract management frameworks.

Partner with departmental heads to forecast and fulfill procurement requirements without disrupting business profitability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

First degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Procurement certifications are a strong plus.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, and contract management within the FMCG industry.
