Job Description
YOA Consulting is looking for someone who can transform raw data into meaningful insights through reporting, dashboard creation, data validation, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to design dashboards, automate reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
You will report to the Managing Director and work with Client Services, Technical Managers, Finance and Executive Management.

Responsibilities
What you will do
1. Clean, validate, and reconcile large datasets
2. Build dashboards and automate reports that are still done by hand
3. Track KPIs and flag variances before anyone asks
4. Support budgeting and forecasting
5. Keep client data handling in line with the NDPA

Requirements
What you need
1. 3 to 5 years in data, business analysis, or reporting
2. Strong SQL and advanced Excel; hands-on Tableau, Power BI or similar
3. A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
