We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Human Capital to join a renowned and reputable microfinance institution in Nigeria.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have
- 10+ years of progressive HR/Human Capital experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience within the banking, microfinance, or financial services sector.
- Proven ability to drive HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour legislation and modern HR practices.
