Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head, Performance Management to join our team in Lagos.
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of the Company’s strategic objectives, drive enterprise-wide performance, and provide actionable insights to support informed business decisions and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead the development and execution of the Company’s strategic vision and business objectives.
🔹 Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans and drive alignment across business units.
🔹 Establish and monitor enterprise-wide KPIs and performance management frameworks.
🔹 Analyse business performance data to identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps.
🔹 Provide strategic insights and performance reports to the CEO and Executive Management.
🔹 Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT and other business functions.
🔹 Leverage business intelligence, dashboards and analytics to strengthen performance monitoring and decision-making.
🔹 Lead and develop a high-performing strategy and performance management team.
🔹 Champion a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
✔️ An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable.
✔️ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategy, performance management, business analysis or a related leadership role.
✔️ Strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence and performance management tools.
✔️ Proven track record of translating strategy into measurable business results.
✔️ Strong strategic thinking, analytical, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
✔️ Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills.
