Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO, drive strategic execution, strengthen operational performance, and lead new business initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities;
- Translate the CEO’s priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.
- Drive accountability and execution across teams.
- Lead strategic projects, operational improvements, and new venture launches.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve customer acquisition and commercial performance.
- Provide insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years’ experience in strategy, business operations, general management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience partnering with a CEO, founder, or senior executive.
- Strong track record in cross-functional execution, operational scaling, and strategic project leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
