COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Clearer Limited is a fintech company committed to innovation, integrity, and customer-focused financial solutions. We are seeking a proactive Compliance Manager to strengthen our compliance framework and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks covering AML/CFT, data protection, PCI DSS, and applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant CBN, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting, audits, and engagement with regulators.
- Conduct compliance training, monitor business activities, and identify potential risks.
- Investigate compliance gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary changes.

- 4–6 years of compliance experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, AML/CFT, and data protection.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management.
