Job Description
A reputable educational institution is seeking an accomplished Director of School to provide strategic leadership across academic operations, school administration, staff development, and institutional growth.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee school operations and academic performance.
Lead and mentor Heads of Schools and other staff.
Drive curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation.
Manage staff performance, safeguarding, and resource utilisation.
Develop strategies to improve enrolment and institutional growth.
Report on school performance and strategic objectives to the Board.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience.
Previous experience as a Director of School, Principal, Head of School, or equivalent.
Proven expertise in educational leadership, strategic planning, school administration, staff management, and academic excellence.
