FEMALE TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER

We are looking for an experienced Female Technical Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of digital products and technology capabilities within Financial Services. The ideal candidate can translate business strategy into clear technical requirements and work closely with engineering, QA, integration, and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions, including AI-powered capabilities.

• Own and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs based on business value, technical requirements, and stakeholder needs.
• Translate business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and coordination with Agile delivery teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, data engineering, analytics, and data science teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support AI and LLM-enabled product features by defining use cases, business rules, prompts, expected outputs, and evaluation criteria.
• Work with Data Scientists to understand model inputs, outputs, limitations, dependencies, and expected business outcomes.
• Support APIs, system integrations, enterprise platforms, and data flow initiatives.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, deployment readiness, and production implementation.

3+ years of experience in software, systems, digital product development, or technology delivery.
Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint delivery.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Working knowledge of data science, machine learning, analytics, and AI concepts.
Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt-based applications.
Experience with APIs, system integrations, enterprise applications, and data flows.
Experience coordinating UAT, deployment, documentation, training, and production support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, lending, payments, or equipment finance.
• Experience working with Data Scientists, machine learning teams, or AI-focused engineering teams.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, AI agents, and other AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise systems and cross-functional technology implementations.
