Job Description
A fast-growing renewable energy company is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and accounting activities.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor expenses, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support financial planning and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Requirements
- Must be ICAN-certified or at the final stage of the ICAN qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Experience in the solar/renewable energy, microfinance, retail (e.g., supermarkets), or FMCG industry is required.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of financial controls and accounting processes.
