Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager with minimum of 6years of hands-on experience in Upstream Oil and Gas Finances.

* Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and business activities
* Review Financial results, Reconciliations and variance analysis, providing insights to management
* Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial statements and management reports
* Ensure compliance with IFRS, Nigeria statutory requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
* Cordinatr external audits, statutory reporting of audit findings.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
* minimum of 6years experience in Financial Reporting, Audit or Financial control
* ACA, ACCA, CPA pr equivalent professional qualification is required
* Previous experience in the Upstream Oil &Gas /E&P Industry is highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, Financial Reporting, consolidation and Financial controls.
