FULLSTACK DEVELOPER, BUSINESS APPLICATIONS

Arridex is looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer, Business Applications to take ownership of our custom-built ERP platform, which supports the Group’s internal operations and provides a portal for external vendors. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer who can take ownership of an existing production application, strengthen its reliability and security, and drive the development of new features across the full technology stack.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the ERP platform’s codebase, database and frontend.
Design, develop, test and deploy new features and business workflows.
Build and maintain integrations with internal business systems.
Manage the external vendor portal, including onboarding and document exchange.
Ensure data integrity, system performance, auditability and security.
Develop automated tests and maintain technical documentation.
Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

🔹 Qualification:
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
At least 5 years of professional fullstack development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React and Node.js).
Proven experience with MongoDB data modelling, API development and production business applications.
Experience with ERP systems, approval workflows, role-based access control and existing codebase stabilisation.
Knowledge of automated testing, Git workflows, Agile practices and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with TypeScript, vendor or procurement portals, cloud platforms, application security, Microsoft 365 or the oil and gas/industrial sector will be an added advantage.
