Graduate Trainee – Engineering & Building Management

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and career-driven Graduate Trainees with academic backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Management to join our team within the telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure industry in Lekki, Lagos.
The successful candidates will receive practical training and hands-on exposure to technical operations, project support, and facilities management, depending on their assigned discipline. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to develop their technical competencies and build a long-term career in engineering and building management.

Assist with day-to-day technical, engineering, and operational activities within the assigned department.
Support project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Assist with facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting under appropriate supervision.
Support the monitoring of building systems, equipment, and operational performance, where applicable.
Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and update relevant records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with organisational procedures.
Participate in structured training, mentorship, and other professional development activities.

* B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Management.
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
Must be between 25 and 30 years of age.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
