Growth & Communications Manager

AfrikLink is looking for a hands-on Growth & Communications Manager to own our content, digital communications, and inbound growth.

Key Responsibilities
-Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
-Produce written, visual, and short-form video content
-Support CEO thought leadership and brand communications
-Manage newsletters, case studies, website content, and social engagement
Generate and qualify inbound leads
-Support partnerships, webinars, events, and growth campaigns
-Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance

-4+ years of experience in content, communications, social media, or growth marketing
-Excellent written English and strong storytelling skills
-Ability to shoot and edit short-form video
-Experience with lead generation, email marketing, SEO, or partnerships
-Comfortable with technology, business, and startup-related content
-Portfolio showing measurable results such as leads, enquiries, or conversions
-Self-directed, organized, and able to work without close supervision
