Job Description
COMPANY is seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Head of Finance Controlling to support the Country Manager and local topline teams in defining and delivering category and brand strategies. The role focuses on financial control and performance management for Net Sales, advertising, promotions and other topline investments, ensuring reliable financial information, robust forecasting and effective use of commercial resources.
The recruitment partner should identify candidates who combine strong finance and accounting foundations with business controlling experience, commercial judgement and the ability to partner with senior business stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, as specified in the job description.
CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant additional finance, accounting or business-controlling training will be an advantage.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience within a multinational business.
Experience spanning finance, business controlling, accounting, audit and financial analysis.
Experience gathering, evaluating, presenting and reporting financial information to management and external stakeholders.
Experience coordinating audit activities, managing reporting, budget development and analysis, general ledger and accounting for investments.
Readiness to support change management associated with the Integrated Business Services roadmap.
Leadership and Behavioural Competencies
Strong business and commercial acumen, with ability to connect financial analysis to business decisions.
Strategic thinking and sound judgement across competing priorities.
Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to own projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Strong time management, accuracy and ability to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to make complex, time-sensitive decisions in the organisation's best interests
