• Oversee recruitment, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Manage performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Drive learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
• Provide strategic HR advisory support to management.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
