Job Description
United Bank for Africa (UBA) is seeking an accomplished Head of Trading to lead trading activities across Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Markets, Fixed Income and Interest Rate products.
This is an opportunity for a commercially astute leader with deep financial markets expertise, strong risk management capabilities and a proven ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable profitability.
What You’ll Bring Strong experience in treasury trading and financial markets.
Expertise in FX, money markets, fixed income and interest rate products.
Proven capability in trading strategy, portfolio optimization, liquidity management and risk control. Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements
A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA or Masters degree is desirable.Professional qualifications such as ACIB, CFA, ACA, ACCA or FRM will be an advantage.
