Job Description
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention from end to end
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
Develop and apply HR policies that comply with labour laws
Advise leadership on workforce planning, compensation, and culture
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.

Requirements
What we’re looking for
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in HR management
Solid knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a person of integrity.
