Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Merchant Acquiring Supervisor to lead freelance field agents in acquiring, onboarding and activating Class C and D merchants across Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lekki, Lagos.
The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, merchant acquisition or agency banking, with good knowledge of informal markets and merchant associations.

• Recruit, train and supervise field agents
• Drive account linking, first-time payments and repeat transactions
