Requirements
What we’re looking for:
• Bsc in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, Management
• 5–10 years’ experience in Outsourcing, Operations, HR & payroll or related fields
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Good understanding of HR administration and Nigerian labour practices
• Experience working in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, telecoms, or large workforce environment
• Experience in client relationship/account management
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Experience in manpower outsourcing, contract staffing, payroll, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing or large-workforce environments is an advantage.
