Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for our client’s oil and gas operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sourcing, supplier negotiations, order management, logistics, and timely delivery of materials and services in line with client specifications and project requirements.

• Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for oil and gas projects, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Coordinate sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and vendor relationship management.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, logistics, and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor procurement schedules, budgets, costs, quality standards, and supplier performance while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, prepare procurement reports, maintain accurate records, and resolve supply chain challenges to minimize project delays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, account management, or business development, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement activities, supplier negotiations, logistics, and order fulfilment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in procurement reporting and documentation.
