Job Description
Requirements:
* Drive regional business growth, client acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities.
*Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service.
*Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, operational processes, and service delivery.
*Lead and manage regional teams to achieve business targets and sustainable growth.
*Resolve escalated customer issues and oversee incident and legal matters.

Requirements
*Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
*Relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are an added advantage.
*Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in business development, branch or regional management, and team leadership, preferably within financial services or the capital market.
*Proven track record in business growth, client relationship management, and operational performance.
*Strong leadership, communication, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management.
*Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
