SECURITY ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer to help protect enterprise digital and operational assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions across cloud infrastructure, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture & Design: Design and implement security architectures across cloud, networks, applications, and OT environments.
Risk & Threat Management: Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments.
Access Control: Manage IAM, directory services, and privileged access controls.
Incident Response: Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation.
Governance & Documentation: Develop security policies, standards, architecture documentation, and runbooks.
Automation: Automate security processes, including IAM workflows, vulnerability scanning, and audit reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, engineering, and operations teams to embed security into systems and processes.
Compliance & Audits: Support security audits, compliance initiatives, and enterprise-wide security projects.
Leadership: Provide technical guidance and promote secure-by-design practices.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Information Security.

Core Expertise: Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Enterprise Security Architecture, OT Security, or IAM.
Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
* Experience with enterprise security, cloud-native security, and IAM tools.
* Knowledge of OT communication protocols and industrial control environments.
* Scripting experience for security automation and orchestration.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Certifications: Relevant security, cloud, OT, or IAM certifications are an advantage.
