Senior Internal Auditor

Redeemer's Health Village is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial records, reviewing internal controls, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and accountability across the hospital.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum of Seven (7) years of relevant work experience in auditing, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment. Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of internal auditing, financial controls, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or financial management software. Excellent analytical, investigative, reporting, and problem-solving skills. High ethical standards, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
