Job Description
Our client, a leading bitumen and asphalt solutions company in Nigeria, is looking for a seasoned OD professional to lead talent, performance, and organisational development.
Requirements
Who we're looking for:
- 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 in Talent Management, OD or HRBP
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- CIPM, SHRM or CIPD membership
- Strong grasp of Nigerian labour laws and HR analytics
Key focus areas: Talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, succession planning and organisational design.
