Job Description
We are hiring a Team Lead to consummate transactions, support and lead a team of Revenue Collection Agents. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient revenue collection, timely resolution of transaction issues, accurate reporting, and effective team leadership.
Responsibilities
· Lead, supervise, and motivate Revenue Collection Agents.
· Monitor daily revenue collection activities.
· Resolve transaction-related issues promptly.
· Prepare and submit accurate reports.
· Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
· Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
