Warehouse and Logistics Officer

- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, inventory tracking, stock rotation, and documentation of pharmaceutical products, ensuring product safety, quality, and traceability.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, dispatch, routing, and last-mile deliveries, ensuring timely and damage-free delivery through drivers, logistics applications, and third-party logistics providers.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security; conduct stock counts and report stock variances, damaged or expired products, and other irregularities.
- Prepare accurate warehouse, inventory, and logistics reports, resolve delivery discrepancies, and manage client delivery expectations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and applicable standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
